Primary Responsibilities
• The Associate Fiduciary Counsel supports the Chief Fiduciary Counsel in overseeing the firm's trust administration division and managing various fiduciary relationships.
• This position involves a wide range of responsibilities, including meticulous document review, in-depth legal research, effective communication with beneficiaries, and ensuring strict compliance with all relevant legal requirements.
• Above all, the Associate Fiduciary Counsel is expected to act with unwavering loyalty and diligence, always prioritizing the best interests of the clients in every aspect of trust and estate administration.
Qualifications
• A highly qualified legal professional with a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and 6-10 years of specialized experience in trust and estate law.
• The ideal candidate will hold an active Florida bar membership and demonstrate exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Additionally, the candidate must possess superior written and verbal communication skills to excel in our dynamic legal environment.
